Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in Columbia, MD seeks a Surgical Dental Assistant to support oral surgeons during implants and procedures. You will ensure patient comfort, maintain sterile setups, and manage instruments and records with a patient-first approach.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for growth through ClearChoice University. Experience as a Surgical Assistant and valid state certifications are preferred, with comprehensive benefits

• Previous Surgical Assistant experience is a plus.
• Valid state dental assistant certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons during surgical/implant procedures.
• Anticipate clinician needs and maintain an organized treatment area.
• Assist with local anesthesia, nitrous and IV sedation procedures as directed.
• Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and trays per infection control protocols.
• Help with patient education, records, and front desk support as needed.
