Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures and patient treatment
• Prepare operatories and ensure instruments and materials are ready for appointments
• Help create a positive and comfortable patient experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Restock supplies and prepare treatment rooms between patients
• Support daily patient flow and clinical operations
• Clean, package, sterilize, and organize dental instruments
• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment
• Follow OSHA, CDC, and office infection-control protocols
• Maintain sterilization records and ensure compliance standards are met
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply management
• Properly dispose of sharps and biohazardous materials
• Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Follow office policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with additional clinical duties as needed

Maple Park Dental Care is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Dental Assistant / Sterilization Technician to join our team. This role combines chairside dental assisting with instrument sterilization and infection control responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow their dental skills in a supportive environment.

Position Schedule:

• Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM


• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM


• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

Chairside Dental Assisting

• Assist the dentist during procedures and patient treatment
