The position offers full-time or part-time schedules, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time applicants and starting pay at $26/hour. Experience or CDA certification is preferred, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy standards.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with Carestack or similar dental software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures.
• Provide chairside support and anticipate the needs of the dentist during procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms before and after patient visits.
• Maintain proper sterilization and cleanliness of instruments and equipment.
• Record patient information and maintain clinical documentation in Carestack.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
• Support efficient patient flow and on-time scheduling.
