Dental Assistant (Part‑Time) – Chesterfield, MO

Michael Grasso DDS is seeking a skilled and compassionate part‑time Dental Assistant to join our team. The role involves working closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care and perform light administrative duties. The practice is small and cross‑trained across departments.

Schedule

• Tuesday 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Wednesday 6:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Thursday 6:45 AM – 4:30 PM

Our Dedicated Team Includes

• Lead Dentist (experienced)
• Practice Lead
• Full‑time Registered Dental Hygienist (with occasional temps on call)
• Full‑time Dental Assistant

Qualifications / Requirements

• X‑ray certification in Missouri preferred
• Coronal Polish/Sealant certification preferred but not required
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Chairside dental assistance with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Knowledge of OSHA sterilization regulations
• CPR certification
• Computer skills – charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Integrity‑focused work ethic; team‑player attitude; ability to multi‑task and remain open‑minded to new systems and techniques
