Job summary

Hireflow Pro in Millis, MA is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join the owner-doctor in a fast-paced, high-performing practice. This hands-on role supports delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and a top-notch patient experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years chair-side experience, familiarity with cosmetic and prosthetic dentistry, and comfort with CEREC technology. Cross-training in clinical and administrative tasks is a plus in our collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years chair-side experience.
• Cross-trained in both clinical and administrative is helpful, but not required
• Multi-provider, including specialist experience is beneficial
• Diverse experience in a variety of general and specialty procedures, including cosmetic, restorative, surgical, implant and prosthetic cases
• Fabrication of anterior and posterior crowns
• Experience in CEREC, CBCT, scanning and digital dentistry helpful

About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant with a strong sense of professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for high-quality dentistry. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in supporting the doctor and helping deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience with cosmetic and prosthetic dentistry, including fabricating temporary crowns and familiarity with CEREC technology. You should be confident, efficient, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced clinical environment.
