Premier Care Dental Management operates Little Smiles of Port Washington, a modern dental practice dedicated to patient comfort and high-quality care. This full‑time role involves welcoming children and families, assisting dentists, and maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment.

We emphasize gentle care, ongoing professional growth, and a supportive culture. Clinical familiarity with radiographs, sterilization, and patient education will help you thrive in our patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
• Licensure or certification as required by the state to perform duties.
• A resume showing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to deliver excellent patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a smile and make them comfortable during visits.
• Support the dentist with various procedures.
• Take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
• Maintain infection control by sterilizing instruments and prepping equipment.
• Prepare and sanitize operatories for treatments.
• Follow OSHA and safety policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed.
• Undertake diverse office tasks to support seamless operations.

HIRING SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm (9:00 am - 6:00 pm on school holidays)
• Tuesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Thursday: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
• Support the Dentist with various procedures.
• Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed
• Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Sanitizing and prepping operatories for respective treatments.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed
• Undertake diverse office tasks as needed for seamless practice operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.
• A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.

New York Salary Range: $19/HR - $21/HR (based on experience and license status)
