Partnerships for Dentists in Dallas, GA is seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join Seven Hills Dentistry. The role supports the dentist in clinical and administrative tasks, delivering patient comfort and high-quality care.

Schedule: Mon-Tue 9am-6pm, Wed 8am-4pm, Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-3pm. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of dental assisting experience and hold CDA or RDA certification; EFDA or radiology credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience in a clinical setting.
• Dental Assistant Certification (CDA or RDA) required; EFDA and Radiology certifications are a plus.
• Proficient with dental instruments, sterilization, infection control protocols, and patient care.
• Experience with dental practice management software (Open Dental) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for treatments or check-ups, ensuring comfort.
• Assist with procedures through 4-handed dentistry and set up instruments and materials.
• Follow sterilization procedures and comply with health regulations.
• Assist with lab tasks and post-operative care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and billing procedures.
• Assist in scheduling patient appointments and keep the office organized and well-stocked.
• Perform non-surgical tasks such as coronal polishing if certified.
