Job summary

Dental Dreams, LLC in Bradley-Bourbonnais, IL is hiring a Dental Assistant to join a busy dental practice. The role focuses on chair-side assistance, patient care, and basic administrative tasks with a strong emphasis on service and teamwork.

Candidates should have excellent customer service and be comfortable with English; Spanish bilingual is preferred. Prior dental experience is welcome but not required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service experience is essential.
• Spanish bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under the general supervision and guidance of a dentist.
• Provide chair side assistance to the Dentist during dental examinations and treatment.
• Charting during the dental examination.
• Take and process X-rays.
• Sterilize and maintain instruments, as well as the Sterilization Area.
• Set up and break down operatories.
• Assist with supply inventory and ordering.
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication
