Job summary

Coral Springs Dental Center is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to support our dentist during procedures, prep rooms, sterilize instruments, and take X-rays. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, strong communication, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset; Saturday availability and flexible late shifts are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Dental Assisting experience preferred.
• Outstanding professionalism and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and team.
• Available Saturdays and flexible late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Assist dentists during procedures and hand instruments.
• Take and process X-rays of patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payments.
• Advise patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
• Greet patients and schedule appointments.
• Handle general administrative duties for the practice.
• Understand anatomy of the mouth and common dental terms.
• Assist with lab tasks as instructed.
