Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant in Abilene, TX to join the clinical team. You’ll greet patients, prepare treatment rooms, and assist GPs and specialty clinicians throughout the day, ensuring smooth workflow and a positive patient experience.

This role supports infection control, dental terminology handling, and patient education on oral hygiene. Expect Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures.
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies.
