Job summary

Gentle Dental Murrieta is seeking a Part-Time Dental Assistant to join a team committed to compassionate patient care and clinical excellence.

You will prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, take diagnostic records, and maintain accurate records while upholding infection control standards.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; CPR/BLS certification required, with EFDA or RDA credentials a plus. Pay range is $19–$20/hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting Program.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of experience.
• 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist during patient treatment and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are ready for patient care.
• Take diagnostic records, including impressions, photographs, and radiographs as permitted by state regulations.
• Provide exceptional patient care and education throughout treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Support a positive patient experience by creating a welcoming and professional environment.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure efficient office operations.
