Job summary

Gentle Dental in Murrieta, CA is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant for a part-time role. You will assist during patient treatments, prepare rooms, and help document records while ensuring infection control standards are met.

Ideal candidates have a DA program graduation, 2+ years of experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and an 8-hour infection control certificate. You will contribute to a welcoming patient experience and collaborate closely with the care team.

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting Program.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of experience in dental assisting.
• 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist during patient treatment and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for patient care.
• Take diagnostic records, including impressions, photographs, and radiographs as permitted by state regulations.
• Provide exceptional patient care and education throughout treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Support a positive patient experience by creating a welcoming and professional environment.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Schedule: Part-Time

Pay Range:

$19.00-$20.00 per hour/DOE
