Job summary

Elite Dental LLC in Philadelphia, PA (Park West) seeks a Dental Assistant to support dentists, operate radiology equipment, and maintain sterile operatories in a busy practice.

The role is full-time with benefits including Medical and Vision Insurance, PTO, 401K, and a $750 sign-on bonus, plus opportunities for advancement to Lead Dental Assistant or Lead Regional Trainer.

Qualifications

• DANB Radiation Health and Safety Certification (preferred)
• Experience in dental assisting and radiology is a plus
• Strong focus on patient service and infection control

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance for Dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
• Explain treatment plans to patients.
• Address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
• Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
