Job summary

Gentle Dental Northpointe is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our clinical team in Lynnwood, WA. This full-time role offers $24–$29 per hour DOE and opportunities to work closely with dentists and hygienists to deliver compassionate patient care.

You will prepare treatment rooms, assist with procedures, maintain patient records, and educate patients on oral health while adhering to infection control and safety protocols. A certificate from a dental assisting program and CPR/BLS are required.

About The Role

As a Dental Assistant at Gentle Dental Northpointe, you'll work alongside our dentists and clinical team to deliver high-quality, compassionate dental care.

We value experience and additional skills. Starting compensation may be influenced by:

• Previous dental assisting experience
• EFDA certification
• X-ray certification
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential, when applicable
• Bilingual Spanish skills

Compensation

$24–$29 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
