Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Oral Surgeon Dental Assistant to support clinical needs across Aspen Dental offices. The role offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and a benefits package. You will travel to nearby offices to assist with procedures, take X-rays, and ensure infection control while educating patients on oral hygiene.

The position requires an active license and daily travel, with a focus on collaboration and community impact. Competitive scheduling and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state; including x-ray certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to nearby offices to support patient care.
• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental X-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
