Job summary

Idaho Kids Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking an orthodontic dental assistant to join a team focused on exceptional patient care. You will provide chairside support during orthodontic treatment, train new hires, and lead assistants to improve workflows.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Practice Manager, managing inventory, and ensuring OSHA compliance and accurate documentation. A license and orthodontic experience are preferred for candidates in Idaho.

Qualifications

• Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant, as required by your state.
• 2+ years of experience as an orthodontic dental assistant.
• CODA accredited dental assisting program preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
