Job summary

Wally Health, Inc. is launching a Chicago studio and seeks a Dental Assistant who will lead the diagnostics process rather than just pass instruments. You’ll take X-rays, run 3D scans, manage charting, and help drive the daily clinical operations of the studio.

Working alongside hygienists and dentists in a prevention‑first model, you’ll use modern tools and training to make care more efficient and impactful. This is a ground‑floor role with real ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Radiology training as a dental assistant.
• Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to take on real responsibility and grow with a modern practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the diagnostics workflow: digital X-rays, 3D scanning, vitals, and charting.
• Support hygiene and doctor teams to ensure smooth, efficient patient care.
• Help patients feel confident and informed at every visit.
• Manage systems powering the studio's daily clinical success.
• Play a key role in launching and optimizing a brand-new Wally location.
