Qualifications

• California applicants: must be RDA licensee for 3 years and maintain current RDA license. Must have X-Ray, Coronal Polishing, and Pit & Fissure certifications.
• Florida applicants: EFDA required unless CODA-accredited graduate.
• Georgia schools: CDA/EDDA/EFDA certificate or 3 years experience.
• Arizona: AZ Board-approved Radiology certificate.
• Thirty-six months combined related industry and/or teaching experience.
