Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. in Owensboro, KY, invites experienced dental assistants to become instructors for morning and/or evening classes. No teaching experience required—DA skills are key, with training provided.

Classes run 8:30–1 or 5:30–10, with flexible hours and up to 27 hours weekly. Commitment includes teaching 10–20 students, delivering Ross curriculum, and supporting students’ clinical and administrative skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in dental assisting with national certification.
• Interest in teaching or prior tutoring experience.
• Flexible and eager to learn.
• Able to work morning and/or evening classes.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations, working from Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Class sessions are 4.5 hours in either day or evening sessions.
• Part-time position, typically 9–27 hours per week.
