Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to become a part-time instructor at our Erlanger campus. You will teach in the Dental Assisting program, covering clinical and administrative skills, and deliver lectures anchored to Ross curricula.

Classes run Monday-Thursday with evening sessions; typical hours are 9–18 per week. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and monthly pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in dental assisting and a recognized national certificate.
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience.
• Flexibility and patience in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10–20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross curriculum and lesson plans.
• Conduct 4.5-hour class sessions in day or evening shifts.
• Support students and act as Primary or Secondary Instructor as needed.
