Job summary

Success Education Colleges seeks a Dental Assistant Instructor to design, implement, and manage a vocational curriculum for dental assisting at our Nevada campus. The instructor will deliver classroom and laboratory instruction, coordinate student placement, and supervise program activities to meet employment-ready objectives.

The candidate should have at least three years as a Dental Assistant, possess an accredited Dental Assistant program credential, and hold an RDA or a licensed dentist

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in the field as a Dental Assistant.
• Graduated from a Dental Assistant Program from an accredited institution.
• Is currently certified or a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or a licensed dentist.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and supervise student training in dental offices.
• Prepare and manage program budget within approved limits.
• Submit training hours and skill attainment reports.
• Assist in student placement activities.
• Develop course of study with objectives and daily lesson plans.
• Lead the lab sessions and ensure safety protocols.
