Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience and national certification as RDA (AMT) or CDA (DANB) with formal dental assisting training.
• If no formal education, 5+ years’ field experience with national certification qualifies.
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience.
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Class sessions are 4.5 hours.
