Job summary

United Education Institute is seeking a Dental Assistant Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction at our Sacramento campus. You will help students develop both technical and soft skills to secure a job in their new career.

Teaching experience is not required if you are an expert in the field; we will train. California applicants must hold an active RDA license with 3+ years in dentistry, plus X-ray, coronal polishing and pit-and-fissure certifications. Opportunities for growth exist.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RDA license in California with 3+ years in dental field.
• Ability to teach in a classroom setting; training will be provided.
• X-ray, Coronal Polishing, and Pit and Fissure certifications are required.
• CODA accreditation experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality instructional content for the dental assisting program.
• Support students in developing technical and soft skills for employment.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to measure progress.
