Qualifications
- Formal dental assistant certification or completion of an accredited program.
- Experience with dental implants and restorations a plus.
- Proficiency with dental software and digital radiography.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during implants, restorations and general dentistry.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms between patients.
- Take and develop dental X-rays and digital radiographs.
- Record patient histories and treatment notes in dental software.
- Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene.
- Manage inventory and maintain operatory supplies.
