Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant to support clinical needs and patient care across the practice. You will receive training and have opportunities to grow within a world-class dental service organization.

You will assist during procedures, take dental x-rays, manage operatory setup and breakdown, and help with patient flow and charting, while upholding strict infection control and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Take dental x-rays
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow within the practice
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health
• Complete denture soft relines and manufacture temporary crowns
• Perform quality impressions and bite registrations
• Perform digital intraoral scans
• Support patient charting for doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
