Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Dental Assistant III (Lead/Clinic Coordinator) to support dental providers and lead back-office operations. Responsibilities include chairside help, staff training, patient flow, inventory, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant Registration with Washington State DOH required.
• Completion of formal Dental Assistant program or 3+ years experience.
• Two years of dental assisting experience minimum; leadership role a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across a full range of dental procedures.
• Lead and support back-office staff training, scheduling, and workflow.
• Oversee patient flow, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain sterilization, OSHA compliance, and equipment maintenance.
