Lightwave Dental Management LLC is seeking a dedicated dental assistant to support the dentist during procedures and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment. You will manage instruments, suction, and patient comfort, while preparing rooms and sterilizing gear.

You will also capture X-rays according to safety protocols and educate patients on oral care. The role requires CPR, coronal polishing, and X-ray certifications, plus strong communication, organization, and infection control

Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance: support the dentist during procedures, manage instruments, suction, and comfort.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and keep a clean environment.
• Capture dental X-rays and follow safety protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment options.
• Accurately update patient records and dental charts in EHR systems.
• Follow sterilization and disinfection protocols precisely to ensure infection control.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and patient flow.
