Job summary

Sautter Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We provide a collaborative, patient‑focused environment where both patients and staff are valued.

Schedule: 4-5 days per week, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Compensation: $20-23 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities include chairside assistance, supporting hygiene appointments, instrument sterilization, basic laboratory tasks, and maintaining a clean, efficient clinical area while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• Experience with Dentrix practice management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures.
• Assist with hygiene appointments as needed.
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control procedures.
• Complete minor laboratory duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
• Deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring a comfortable experience.
