ProGrin Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based setting and is eager to develop their career. The role involves chairside assistance with four-handed dentistry, room setup/cleanup, radiography, infection control, patient support, and post-op guidance.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience or completed an accredited DA program, current BLS and Radiology certifications, and a passion for patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience or completed an accredited DA program.
• Hold a current BLS and Radiology certification.
• Love people and have a heart for service.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside during procedures with four-handed dentistry.
• Set up and break down rooms with precision and cleanliness.
• Take quality x-rays and radiographs.
• Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
• Greet and support patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Provide post-op instructions and promote oral health education.
• Collaborate with the team for a seamless, supportive workday.
• Manage inventory and contribute to overall office flow.
