Responsibilities include greeting patients, chairside assisting, taking radiographs, maintaining infection control, and ensuring sterile treatment rooms. Requirements: MA Dental Assistant License, Radiology Certificate, CPR, HIPAA/OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• MA Dental Assistant License required.
• Radiology Certificate required.
• CPR certification required.
• HIPAA/OSHA compliance knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
• Chair side assisting during a variety of dental procedures.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral pictures.
• Provide patient instructions and education on oral hygiene.
• Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Maintain infection control standards (CDC, OSHA, HIPAA).
• Manage dental supply inventory and assist with duties.
