Dental365 in Maumee, OH is seeking a compassionate dental assistant to welcome patients, help the dentist during a variety of procedures, and ensure a calm, comfortable visit from start to finish. You will take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans, prepare and sterilize instruments, maintain strict infection control, and educate patients on good oral hygiene as needed.

Qualifications

• Certification or license as required by the state to perform duties.
• Resume showing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a smile and ensure comfort during visits.
• Assist the Dentist through various procedures.
• Take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment per infection control standards.
• Sanitize and prep operatories for treatments.
• Follow OSHA and safety policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene as needed.
• Perform general office tasks as required.
