Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant to support clinical needs and patient care. You will assist procedures, take x-rays, and maintain operatory setup and infection control, while collaborating with the dental team to ensure high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with patients and team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with dental staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent; active license/x-ray permit as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow.
• Manage infection control; sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies.
• Complete denture relines and temporary crowns.
• Make quality impressions and bite registrations.
• Perform digital intraoral scans.
• Support charting for doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure patient satisfaction.
