Areo Dental Group in Crystal Lake is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our growing multi-practice team. You will support the dentist during procedures, take X-rays, document medical history, and contribute to a 5-star patient experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Experience in chairside assisting.
• Ability to take impressions and temporary crowns.
• Comfortable with taking X-rays.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• A humble and eager-to-learn attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
• Document medical and dental history per dentist's instructions.
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Maintain clean and organized clinical areas for a great patient experience.
• Follow sterilization protocols as per OSHA and CDC guidelines.
• Restock rooms, track inventory, and assist with placing orders.
• Keep the team on schedule and ensure patients are seated on time.
• Provide a 5-star patient experience that encourages positive reviews.
