Expect to assist with exams, x-rays, and patient comfort, while maintaining accurate records and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dental Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chair-side during exams and procedures.
• Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment.
• Take dental x-rays and impressions.
• Record medical and dental histories and vital signs.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Follow OSHA and HIPAA safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations and occasional front desk needs.
