Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant for a full-time role in our Springfield, TN practice. You’ll support clinical needs, take x-rays, set up operatory, and ensure patient comfort while delivering high-quality dental care.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the dental team to provide patient care.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active license/registration/permit as required; including x-ray certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Monitor patient flow and handoffs within the practice.
• Manage infection control and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Complete denture relines and temporary crowns.
• Perform impressions and bite registrations.
• Conduct digital intraoral scans.
• Support charting for doctors.
• Handle various office tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient satisfaction.
