Job summary

Anthem Dentistry in Anthem, AZ is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our back-office clinical team. This full-time role supports chairside procedures, patient comfort, and sterilization efforts in a 9-operatory practice.

Ideal candidates will hold a DA diploma or certification and AZ Radiologic Technologist certification, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Open to experienced assistants and motivated new graduates.

Qualifications

• Must have a Dental Assistant diploma or certificate from an accredited program.
• Arizona Dental Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) Certification is required.
• Open to experienced Dental Assistants and motivated new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting during 4-handed dentistry procedures.
• Greet patients, ensure comfort and manage anxious patients.
• Sterilize, set up operatories, and maintain infection control.
• Capture high-quality digital dental radiographs accurately.
• Provide clinical administrative support and coordinate workflow.
