Job summary

CEC Health Care in Bethpage, NY is hiring a full-time Dental Assistant to join our community health center team. Work schedule is Monday–Friday with alternating Wednesday in Glen Cove and Bethpage, and compensation ranges from $29.00 to $31.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to take dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Strong patient communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and process dental X-rays in compliance with NYS regulations.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms.
• Assist with dental lab procedures
• Maintain clinical supplies and dental equipment
• Support patient scheduling and appointment confirmations
• Communicate professionally with patients and caregivers
