Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• CDA certification preferred.
• State-required certifications/licensure or registration.
• Positive team-based approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
• Expose radiographs and intra-oral pictures.
• Provide post-operative instructions and patient education.
• Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Maintain strict infection control per CDC/OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain dental supply inventory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork with providers as needs change.
