Signature Smiles is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. Enjoy a consistent schedule with a true three-day weekend, as we operate Monday-Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and offer a competitive hourly wage of $18-$24.

We value experienced assistants with 1–2 years in the field, or 3–5 years for more senior applicants. X-ray certification is highly preferred, along with proficiency in Dentrix, Open Dental, and Eaglesoft.

Qualifications

1–2 years of dental assisting experience required; 3–5 years preferred.
Familiarity with dental software, sterilization techniques, and chairside etiquette.
X-ray Certification is highly preferred (please specify status in your application).
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both the clinical team and patients.

Responsibilities

Chairside assisting: provide efficient and proactive assistance to the dentist during procedures.
Patient care: prepare treatment rooms, seat patients, and ensure their comfort.
Radiography: perform high-quality dental X-rays (for certified candidates) to assist in diagnostics.
Sterilization: maintain infection control by cleaning and sterilizing instruments.
Lab & Records: assist with dental impressions, lab cases, and accurate digital charting.

Requirements

License & Certification: X-ray / Radiography Certification
