Job summary

The Center for Dental Excellence is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our Flossmoor, IL team. You will work closely with dentists and staff to provide exceptional care while assisting with light administrative duties.

We operate a small, cross-trained team dedicated to a positive patient experience. We offer 30–40 hour schedules within standard office hours, with competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations.
• Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures.
• Computer efficiency— charting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and team members to provide high-quality dental care.
• Cross-train across departments to support daily operations.

Dental Assistant (DA) Full-Time
Flossmoor, IL

The Center for Dental Excellence is seeking a skilled and compassionate full time Dental Assistantto join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. The Center for Dental Excellence: 19615 Governors Highway Flossmoor, IL

Office Hours:

(Schedule will be 30-40 hours within these office hours)

• Wednesday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Saturday 7:30 am - 2:00 pm (2 per month)

Our dedicated team includes:

• 5 Specialists
• One clinical supervisor
• 6 Registered Dental Hygienists (a few temps on call)

Compensation:

• $21-$ 23 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)

Requirements:
