Job summary

Rising Tide Dental in Kaneohe, HI is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant who is energetic and a team player to join our established private family practice. You will support patient care by preparing treatment rooms, welcoming patients, and assisting with instruments and materials.

You’ll help with charting, sterilization, and ensuring OSHA compliance, while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Available to work Monday–Friday and every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Prepares treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials to support patient care.
• Welcomes, seats, and drapes patients to ensure comfort and privacy.
• Anticipates doctor needs in set-ups, suction, and passing of instruments and materials.
• Documents dental care services by thorough charting in patient records.
• Ensures OSHA compliance with sterilization of instruments, dental equipment, and treatment rooms.
• Contributes to team effort with an engaging and positive disposition.
