Job summary

Dental365 in New Jersey is seeking an entry-level floater to support both back-office clinical duties and front-office administrative tasks. You will welcome patients, assist the dentist, take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans, and ensure strict infection control in a modern practice.

The role offers flexible hours with a schedule across weekdays and weekends; NJ Radiology certification is a plus but not required, and OSHA guidelines are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Entry level floater position; NJ Radiology cert a plus but not required.
• State certifications/licenses as required for duties.
• Resume showing stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication and patient service.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients with a smile, making them comfortable during visits.
• Assist the Dentist across procedures and manage lab cases/deliveries.
• Take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
• Maintain infection control; sterilize instruments/equipment.
• Follow OSHA and safety policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Answer phones promptly and respond to messages.
• Manage scheduling and confirm appointments.
• Enter new patient records and update ledgers in Denticon.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
