Native American Health Center, Inc. seeks a Dental Assistant Floater to support chairside care in our multi-disciplinary dental department across Oakland and San Francisco clinics. You’ll work at General and Pediatric clinics, adhering to the Dental Practice Act and HIPAA while keeping infection control standards.
This non-exempt union position may include some Saturdays. DA certification, a high school diploma, and a valid radiography license are required.

The Dental Assistant Floater (DA) is a key member of the Native American Health Center's (NAHC) Dental Department who will provide chairside assisting support in a multi-disciplinary setting. The DAF will work at both General and Pediatric clinics, and will perform all duties in accordance to the Dental Practice Act, adhere to infection control practices and maintain HIPPA standards
This position will work occasional Saturdays, as needed and directed by operations.
The Native American Health Center is an accredited institution and adheres to the standards of excellence set forth by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and the Commission of Dental Accreditation (CODA).
