Angola Family Dentistry LLC is seeking a qualified Dental Assistant to join our team. You will assist the dentist during exams, perform administrative tasks, and help create a welcoming experience for patients.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree from a CODA-accredited school, strong computer and data entry skills, and excellent communication and customer service abilities; prior dental experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
• Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer questions they have
• Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
• Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
• Assist the dentist during procedures and exams
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
• Schedule appointments
