Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and patients with varied procedures in a busy practice. You will be trained and supported to grow professionally, while maintaining high standards of infection control and patient care.

The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay of $17–$20 per hour, benefits, and opportunities for continuing education and career development within a national dental service organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; state license/permit as required; x-ray certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x‑rays.
• Set up and break down operatory post‑treatment.
• Monitor patient flow and handoffs.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to maintain infection control.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies.
• Complete denture relines and temporary crowns.
• Perform impressions, bite registrations, and intraoral scans.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Handle office tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the practice team to ensure patient satisfaction.
