The role includes assisting with procedures, taking dental x-rays, setting up operatory, and educating patients on oral hygiene. A year of experience and a state license/x-ray cert are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Dental Assisting Experience.
• Active license/registration or permit as required by the state; including x-ray if applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies.
• Collaborate with the practice team to ensure patient satisfaction.
