Job summary

Nite Lines USA is seeking a certified Dental Assistant for the Federal Correctional Institute in Tallahassee, FL. The role requires radiology training, CPR certification, and at least two years of chairside experience.

Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited dental assistant program including radiology.
• CPR certification per ARC/AHA.
• Registered Dental Assistant credential is required.
• Minimum two years of full-time chairside dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and enter patient data into the agency’s electronic system and track scheduling of patient care.
• Maintain patient medical records and confidentiality.
• Assist Dental Officer in restorative, oral surgery, periodontics, prosthetics, and examinations.
• Prepare dental instruments, materials, drugs, and medications for procedures.
• Provide dental health education and perform prophylaxis.
