Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced dental environments preferred.
• Strong patient communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate patients from the start of their dental journey and maintain patient comfort throughout treatment.
• Review patient health histories to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide four-handed chair-side assistance to dentists during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms with OSHA and CDC compliance.
• Manage supplies and inventory, placing and expediting orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and improve workflow.
