Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support clinicians and patients. You will receive comprehensive training and have opportunities to advance toward DANB Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) while benefiting from a generous benefits package and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include assisting during procedures, setting up operatory, infection control, charting, and other office tasks. Paid training for radiology and safety, PTO, health/vision, and 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
