Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. The role offers salary range of $16–$22 per hour with full-time status, paid training, and opportunities to advance like DANB CDA certification. You’ll receive benefits including health, vision, PTO and a 401(k) plan, and flexible scheduling may apply.

Primary duties include assisting during procedures, sterilizing instruments, charting, and supporting a collaborative dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the time frame for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
